- Incorrect item received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
- Refusal of delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization, you may be subject to a restocking fee and any applicable return shipping charges.
